Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, Sade is the second of three daughters born to Nigerian parents whom immigrated to the U.S. in the 1970s.

From a young age, Sade had a strong interest in the entertainment industry. Although she pursued math and science in high school, she ultimately decided to focus on her real dream in college - film and television production.

Sade is currently the Co-Executive Producer on TV One's award-winning docu-series "Unsung" and its spin-off "Unsung Hollywood." She has produced over two dozen episodes including profiles on artists such as Rick James, Xscape, Billy Dee Williams, and Charlie Murphy. "Unsung" is a five-time recipient of the NAACP Image Award.

As a Nigerian-American, Sade strives to infuse her rich cultural background and experiences into the stories she creates, such as in her upcoming short film "Yemi's Dilemma." She is currently in pre-production on her first feature length film.

Sade is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. and is based in Los Angeles, California.
