Rocco is an Italian-American chef born in Queens, New York, who is known for fusing his heritage into his cooking. he attended the Culinary Institute of America and also earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Boston University. Rocco has published 11 cookbooks over the last decade and runs several restaurants. he is also passionate about advocating for healthy eating and fighting the obesity epidemic, and thus serves on the Entertainment Council For Feeding America and is an ambassador for Dr. Oz’s Healthcorps.
