Hailing from Edo State, Nigeria, Ejiro Enaohwo is an entrepreneur that finds it a necessity to bridge the gap between Africa and the Western market through the power of music, global initiatives and the arts.
Raised in America, she received a journalism degree from Pennsylvania State University, and started her music industry career in the Video Promotions Department at Atlantic Records in New York. Her primary responsibility included enhancing TV opportunities for label artists, such as Janelle Monae, Jill Scott and Wiz Khalifa.
By 2015, and at the age of 23, Ejiro made the decision to take it up a huge notch by launching Music Moves Africa, which is thriving and proving that music and the arts are a vital part of the upward development of the African continent.
