Aisat I. Olarinde, also spelt as Ayesha and known as Esha, is a proud South Florida native and a first-generation Nigerian-American.
 
Esha recently transitioned into a new role as a Brand Marketing Associate for Lottabody and Roux of Revlon Professional Brands. She is also the Marketing Representative for popular South Florida’s clothing line, "Nigerian is the New Cool," and the Founder of AIO.pr – a public relations company specializing in creative branding, brand management, social media marketing, and events. She has worked with celebrities such as Cynthia Bailey, Latoya Luckett, and has collaborated with brands such as Black Entertainment Networks (BET), Centric TV, and Slip-n-Slide Records.
 
She loves to give back to her community and hosts an annual discussion called College Night: The College Experience Talk. The program utilizes a panel of young professionals, offering their personal experiences, to guide discussions centered on preparing students for the transition from high school to college.
 
Esha is an alumnus of the University of South Florida: where she earned two Bachelors of Arts degrees in Psychology and Women’s Studies. Recently, Esha received her Masters in Business Administration in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Urban League of Broward FL Young Professional Network, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and Head Cheerleading Coach for Lauderhill Broncos.
